Better communication takes a team.

We’re researchers who communicate clearly — and communicators who respect the evidence.

Meet Corinne: Founder and Principal Consultant

Corinne Berry, PhD is a communication strategist and program leader with expertise in qualitative research, campaign strategy, and health literacy. She partners with clients to translate audience research into clear strategic direction and credible thought leadership. Known for her creativity, agility, and empathetic engagement style, Corinne helps organizations turn insights into plain-language communication that resonates with diverse audiences and moves people toward action.

Corinne is the proud mom of 2 busy teenagers and a lazy dog. She’s a self proclaimed foodie, loves Broadway musicals, and spends her free time reading rom-coms, planning her next cruise, or working her side hustle.

Meet Janel: Senior Consultant

Janel Schuh, PhD is a communication researcher with experience directing quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-method studies that uncover audience needs, motivations, and behaviors. Known for her enthusiasm and her knack for finding nuance in complex data, she designs and conducts studies of all sizes that translate evidence into clear and practical recommendations. Janel’s work ensures organizations have the evidence they need to make informed, audience-centered decisions.

Janel is an avid traveler and adventurer — there’s no road trip too far. She loves crafting and hand-making Halloween costumes for her sister, adores the many kids (related and not) who call her “Aunt Janel,” devours Regency romance novels, and has more than a few stories from her years working in film.

We share what we learn.

We publish, present, and mentor — contributing to the field of research and communication while supporting the next generation of practitioners.
